Privacy Policy
Behavior Analytic Solutions, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Everyday ABA, an ABA parent training platform and mobile application at https://everyday-aba.com. This page provides a summary of our privacy practices for automated scanners and non-JavaScript clients.
Information We Collect
- Account details (parent/guardian name, email, password, and preferences).
- Child information (name, date of birth, diagnosis, communication and developmental details).
- Behavior tracking data (ABC logs, assessments, progress notes, goals).
- Communications with BCBAs (messages and attachments).
- Voice-to-text recordings (transiently captured for transcription and deleted after processing).
- Payment information handled by Stripe (we retain subscription status only).
- Automatically collected data (device info, IP address, usage patterns, crash reports).
How We Use Information
We use data to provide and improve the Everyday ABA service, enable secure messaging, generate behavioral insights, process subscriptions, send service notifications, and maintain security and compliance.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or PHI. We share data only with your assigned BCBA, Stripe for payments, and when required by law.
AI Features & De-Identification
Everyday ABA uses OpenAI's API for voice transcription, AI-assisted behavior plan generation, and an AI chat assistant. All data sent to OpenAI is de-identified before transmission using the HIPAA Safe Harbor method — no names, dates of birth, diagnoses, locations, or other identifying information is included. Only anonymized behavioral descriptions, child age, and communication methods are shared. OpenAI does not train on data submitted through its API.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logs, and secure infrastructure to protect data.
